"I can finally accurately describe my qualities"
Mandy K., Process Engineer
Problem
Mandy has sold herself short in the past. She was not aware of her abilities and therefore had great difficulty recognizing and articulating her own worth.
Goal
Finally, to receive more invitations for job interviews; to be found by the right companies on LinkedIn, and to provide tailored answers during the interview in order to actually secure the position.
Result
Mandy now has clarity about what she can do, who she is, and how the company specifically benefits from her knowledge, skills, and strengths.
We have worked out specific examples that clearly demonstrate why she is the right candidate for the advertised position. In addition, Mandy now has tailored application documents that she can independently adapt to each job posting

"Looking back, it was the best decision to book the coaching"
Christian E., Project Manager
Problem
Christian was unexpectedly terminated at the end of his probationary period. The challenge for him was to find a new job with a company that does not look for a straightforward candidate, because his resume was adorned with numerous job changes in various fields over the past 20 years. Therefore, he received many rejections as well.
Goal
Finally, receiving invitations for job interviews; being discovered by the right companies on LinkedIn and providing tailored responses during the interview to actually secure the position.
Result
Christian now has clarity for himself regarding the job search, knowing what skills the company is looking for and what he can specifically offer. Figuratively speaking, he now knows where the appropriate tool is and can take it off the shelf.
The interview coaching has helped him understand "the other side" much better. He now knows the core of each question and what they aim to assess. He is now better able to get to the point during job interviews.
The result is that he now has a cool position as a project manager in the photovoltaic industry, including an attractive home office policy.

"I was unhappy in my job and realized something needed to change"
Alex M., Technician
Problem
Alex was dissatisfied with his position and felt underchallenged. He wanted to explore new professional opportunities (Agile Coach) and didn't know exactly how to approach the whole thing. And how to communicate his concern to his boss.
Goal
To find a job that he enjoys and where he can pursue his passion.
Result
Alex realized that he can indeed be happy in his current position if the conditions are adjusted accordingly. And it has saved him from making wrong decisions regarding the originally planned further training.
We have developed a strategy for how he can communicate his request (to take on a new project) in a way that his boss supports him. He was able to convince his boss with his suggestions. And this has led to him being able to take on his desired project in the future.

"I finally know what I actually want professionally"
Stephan W., Operational Buyer
Problem
Stephen lacked the "red thread to the perfect application" (meaning a clear, coherent strategy for his job applications). He had many job changes and made many compromising decisions regarding the work environment, industry, or product. And he didn't really know what he wanted to do professionally in the first place.
He also had strong doubts about whether coaching would actually be beneficial for him, as he had already had several coaches in the past who had promised a lot but delivered little.
Goal
Tailor-made application documents and finally knowing what he actually wants to do professionally.
Result
Stephan became clear about what he actually wants professionally and what his genuine strengths are.
The coaching has helped him deal with challenges at his workplace much better. He now utilizes his strengths much better, can market himself much more effectively, and as a result of that, he has successfully completed the 6-month probation period.

"I am now much more confident and secure in job interviews"
Petra K., Process Engineer
Problem
Petra felt like she knew all the topics inside and out after 25 years with the same employer. Her desire was to work in a position in the future where she could properly utilize her strengths.
However, she also had strong self-doubt and was unsure of which positions she should even apply for. Additionally, because her resume was disorganized, she was hardly invited to interview.
Goal
To present her strengths and abilities in a way that makes it immediately clear to the recruiter why she is the right person for the advertised position. And to Update her resume, cover letter and LinkedIn Profile.
Result
Petra has felt incredibly supported during the collaboration. She has started the application process with much more structure and has also managed to stay on top of it for a longer period of time.
She has become much more confident, and as she noticed progress in her applications, she gained more and more optimism and trust in herself.
All of this has led to her receiving a promising job offer as a process engineer in the automotive industry. She is particularly happy that her workplace is located near her home.
